Hr Squarechennai is located at No 8A in Welcome Colony, right on South Mada Street in Villivakkam. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded around here, especially near the temple and the markets. Our place is right in the middle of all that activity. We spend our days handling various HR tasks for different clients who reach out to us. Chennai 49 is a lively part of the city to work in, and there is always something going on outside the window. Inside, we just have our desks set up to handle the paperwork and the candidate lists. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lot of glass walls. It feels more like a local office where people can just walk in and talk to us about what they need. We do a lot of the basic work that keeps businesses running, like finding people for open roles and making sure the details are right. Sometimes the heat in Chennai makes the afternoons feel long, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the pile of resumes. It’s a lot of talking to people from different backgrounds. We’ve stayed in Welcome Colony because it’s central for us and easy for people to find. We just focus on getting the daily work finished without making it more complicated than it needs to be for the people we help.
