Our place is located at Mathura Mahal on Dr. Subbarayan Salai, specifically at number 9, which used to be old number 6. Mr. K. Ganesan, who has his B.Com and B.L., is the one behind things here. We deal with HR and recruiting stuff from this office. It is a bit of an older building area but it has its own character. The street can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day like most parts of the city. We spend our mornings looking at candidate profiles and talking to different people on the phone. It is a lot of coordination work. We have been at this address for a while and people in the area know where we are. It’s a functional space with files and computers everywhere. We try to stay organized even when the paperwork starts piling up on the desks. Sometimes we go out for tea breaks nearby just to get a break from the screens. The office isn't anything flashy, just a place where we do our hiring tasks. We deal with a lot of different people coming through the doors looking for advice or job leads. The location is convenient because of the main road nearby. Most of our day is just spent sitting and talking or typing away. It is just a regular local business life here in Chennai. We keep it simple and just focus on the hiring needs that come our way each week without making things too complicated.
