Hr-Executive

We are located at 50 C.I.D Quartres on Papanasam Sivan Salai in Mylapore, Chennai. If you know Mylapore, you know it is one of the older, more traditional parts of the city with a lot of character. Being in the CID Quartres makes it feel very grounded and a bit official, but we are just regular people working here as Hr-Executive. Our office is basically a few rooms where we interview people and try to match them with jobs. It can get pretty humid in Chennai, so we are always grateful for a good breeze coming off the coast, though mostly we just rely on the fans. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the temple or the local shops. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change, but our daily routine stays mostly the same. We drink a lot of coffee, talk to a lot of candidates, and try to make sense of all the different requirements companies have. It is not always easy, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are more likely to be found chatting with a visitor about the local traffic or where to get the best snacks nearby. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on the work at hand and try to help people find employment. It is a bit crowded sometimes, but we make do with the space we have.
