Hr-Executive

Hr-Executive is based out of 54/5D at F3 Sri Chakra Flats. This is on the 3rd Main Road in Velachery, right in the Vijaya Nagar area of Chennai. Since we are in an apartment complex, it feels more like a home office than a big corporate building. It is actually quite nice because it is quieter than being right on the main road. We handle a lot of recruitment and paperwork here, so there are always stacks of resumes and folders lying around on the tables. The 3rd Main Road is a pretty well-known spot in Velachery, and it's easy for people to find us when they come for interviews or to drop off documents. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the unit number and the company name. The walk up to the flat is short, and we try to keep the place tidy, though it gets cluttered when we are busy with a lot of hiring. Living and working in Chennai 42 means we are used to the busy streets and the local markets nearby. We just focus on the task at hand, which is usually finding people for jobs or sorting out staff issues for other companies. It is a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay cool when the sun is hitting the windows in the afternoon.
