Hr Executive

We have our setup in Choolai, over on Vvkoil Street. It is a busy area of Chennai, and there is always something going on outside with the traffic and the shops. At Hr Executive, we mostly deal with the daily routine of hiring and paperwork. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a few people visiting at the same time. We have a couple of old cupboards where we store all our records. Chennai heat is no joke, so we have a small air conditioner that we use when it gets unbearable, though mostly it’s just the ceiling fans spinning away. We start our day early to beat some of the traffic on the way in. A lot of our work involves calling people and checking if they are still interested in the roles we have on our list. We don't use any high-tech software for everything; a lot of it is just manual entry in spreadsheets. It’s honest work, and we stay busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we get people coming in without an appointment, and we try to talk to them if we have a moment. The neighborhood has some nice tiffin centers, so lunch is usually something quick from nearby. We’ve been at this address for some time, and people in the area know us as the place to go for job talk. It is a plain and simple office.
