Hr Excutive

We’re based out in Kodangipalayam, which is a bit of a way out via Kinathukadavu. It’s a more rural area near Pollachi Tk. Our place is called Pumamaheswari. It’s not an office building like you’d see in the city. It’s more of a local setup where we handle stuff for the industries around here. Being in this part of the country means things move a little slower, which we don't mind. We focus on getting people into jobs at the local mills or businesses. We don't have a big staff. Usually, it's just one or two of us looking over applications or talking to folks who walk in. The spelling of our name as Hr Excutive was just one of those things that happened when we started, and we didn't see much point in fixing it. People around here know where we are and what we do. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. We just try to be useful to the people in the village and the surrounding area. It’s a lot of face-to-face talk and hand-written notes. We’ve been here long enough that people trust us to tell them the truth about what work is available. It’s a simple life and a simple business. The commute involves passing a lot of coconut trees, which is nice. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside under the shade until it comes back on. We don't mind the quiet and just do our work.
