Hr & Recruitment

Our office is over at A.P.1055, on the first floor. It is in Thendral Colony in the Chennai area. We have been here for a while now doing recruitment work. It is a simple place with a lot of papers and files everywhere. Since we deal with HR, the phone is always ringing. We spend most of our time talking to people looking for jobs and companies looking for workers. Thendral Colony is a nice enough place to be based. We have a few rooms where we conduct interviews. It is not some high-rise office with glass walls. Just a regular first-floor space where the fans hum all day. We drink a lot of tea and look through piles of resumes. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when we have to find someone quickly, but that is just the nature of the job. We have been at this 600040 address for quite some time. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow. Most people find us by word of mouth or through a job listing. We do not do much advertising for ourselves. We just sit here and try to match the right person with the right spot. It is a lot of talking and a lot of emails. That is pretty much our whole day in a nutshell. We just try to keep things moving.
