We started this place because we saw a lot of people struggling with HR work. It's right across from the IOB bank in Besant Nagar. Our office is in Kalakshetra Colony on M G Ramachandran Road. It’s not a huge fancy building, but we get the work done. People come here to learn the basics and the practical stuff you actually use in an office. We’ve been here for a while now. Chennai can be hot, but the breeze from the beach nearby helps a bit when you're walking to the center. It’s just a regular training spot where we sit down and go through the modules together. No fancy software or anything, just real talk about hiring and managing people. Some days it gets busy, especially on weekends when everyone has time off from their regular jobs. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we can focus. Most people just look for the bank and then see our sign. We try to keep things simple here because HR is already complicated enough with all the rules and paperwork. It’s mostly about helping folks get a foot in the door or move up a bit in their careers. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the tea we make is a bit too sweet, but it feels right for a local business like ours. We don't want to be anything else.
