Home Space

Our place, Home Space, is right on Nungambakkam High Road. We are tucked away in the lane next to the Ranjit Hotel. It’s a busy part of town, so you’ve probably driven past us many times without noticing the turn. The showroom isn't massive, but we pack a lot into it. We have different furniture pieces and home items scattered around. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, especially when a new delivery arrives. We started this because we liked the idea of having a local spot for home things. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just us here every day, moving chairs around and helping people figure out what might fit in their living rooms. The lighting in the shop isn't always the best, and the floorboards creak a little in the back corner. We don't spend much on fancy displays or big advertisements. Most people find us because they were staying at the hotel next door or they live nearby in Nungambakkam. It gets quite humid here, so we keep the fans going all day. Sometimes we sit out front in the lane during the quiet hours just to get some air. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this road, but we’ve managed to stay put. We keep things pretty relaxed and don't try to push anyone into buying things they don't need. It’s just a regular shop where we try to keep things useful and affordable for our neighbors.
