Our office is over in Muthamizh Nagar, which is part of the Kodungaiyur area in Chennai. If you know this part of the city, you know it's a mix of residential houses and small businesses. We are at number 7/593, and it’s a straightforward place where we handle our daily operations. Chennai heat is a real thing, so our fans are always going, and we try to keep the windows open for whatever breeze comes through. We are not a high-profile company with a big marketing budget. We just have a team of people who show up and do their jobs. Most of us have been working together for quite some time, so there’s a lot of familiarity in the office. The street outside can get a bit dusty, and there’s always the sound of scooters passing by. We handle maintenance and industrial services, so there’s often someone coming in with a set of blueprints or a technical report. We drink a lot of coffee here, the way people do in Chennai, and we usually talk about cricket or the local news during our breaks. It’s a very plain environment. There are no motivational posters on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few photos of family. We focus on getting the work right and making sure the records are kept straight. It’s a simple life in a busy neighborhood, and we like the routine of it all.
