We are located over at Padma Complex, specifically units 18/1 and 18/2, in Mookambiga Nagar, Kattupakkam. The building is one of those standard complexes where a lot of small businesses operate side by side. Our days are mostly spent putting together medical kits. It involves a lot of counting, packing, and making sure every kit has exactly what it needs before the box is taped shut. The workspace is filled with stacks of plastic containers and different medical supplies. It’s not a high-tech lab or a fancy corporate suite. It’s more of a workshop where we keep our heads down and get the orders ready. Sometimes the delivery vans block the entrance to the complex, and we have to go out and ask them to move so we can get our own crates out. It’s a bit of a squeeze in the office when a big shipment arrives, but we make it work. We’ve got a small kettle for tea in the corner and a couple of old fans that keep the air moving during the hot afternoons. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decor. We just focus on the assembly work and keeping our inventory records straight. People in Kattupakkam probably pass by the complex every day without noticing us, which is fine. We’re just here doing our job and making sure the kits are ready for the hospitals.
