We are located at 54 2B in the Ramaniyam Zircon building. It’s on Prakasam Road in the Balaji Nagar neighborhood of Royapettah. This is our Chennai office for Hcl Technologies Ltdbpo Services. The building is pretty well-known in this part of town, so it isn't too hard to find. The office itself is decent, but it isn't over the top. We do a lot of support work here, mostly on the phones and computers. Since Chennai can get really hot and humid, the air conditioning is probably the most important thing we have in the office. We have a good mix of people working here. Some of the staff have been around since this branch first opened, while others are fairly new. We don’t really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just focus on the calls and the tickets that we need to clear each day. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve all gotten used to. The traffic on Prakasam Road can be a real nightmare during the evening rush hour, so we all have our own little tricks for getting home without sitting in the car for hours. It’s just a regular office where we try to stay on top of our work and keep things moving. We don't have anything fancy to show off, just our daily results.
