You can find us over at Gokul Mansion, specifically at No.20 Nallathambi Street. Triplicane is one of those parts of Chennai that always feels alive, with people constantly moving around and all kinds of shops everywhere you look. Our office is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. Working in BPO services means we are always on the go, usually with headsets on and screens glowing. The building itself, Gokul Mansion, has its own character, and we have been here long enough that the guards know us by name. It is not some high-rise glass tower; it feels more like a part of the old neighborhood. We have various shifts, so there is almost always someone here, even when the rest of the street is finally starting to quiet down. During our breaks, we usually step out onto Nallathambi Street to grab a quick snack or some strong coffee from the local vendors. The work can be repetitive, answering calls and sorting out data, but the people working here make it manageable. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Most of the space is taken up by workstations and wires. It’s just how it is. We are a bunch of local folks working hard in a busy part of the city, trying to keep up with the daily volume of work that comes through.
