Gurumurthy Engineering Enterprises

At Gurumurthy Engineering Enterprises, we are located at No: 7/3, 15Th Avenue in Ashok Nagar. We’re right near the Udhayam Theatre, so we hear the crowds and the music from the movies quite often. It’s a lively part of town. Our workshop is where we do all the engineering work, and it’s usually full of the sound of grinding and metal hitting metal. We’ve got various machines that have been with us for years, and they still work fine even if they look a bit old. Ashok Nagar is a busy place, and being on 15th Avenue means we get a lot of people walking by. We don’t really do any formal marketing. Most of the people who come to us are locals or people who have heard about us from someone else. The place is a bit greasy and there are metal shavings on the floor, but that’s just how an engineering shop is supposed to look. We spend our time fixing things and making parts. It’s hands-on work and it keeps us busy from morning until late. Sometimes we stay late when a job is proving difficult to finish. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just do the work that needs doing. The theatre nearby is a good landmark, and we often see the line of people waiting for shows while we’re finishing up our day at the shop. It’s just our daily life here in the city.
