Rapid Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd.

We operate Rapid Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd. out of A- 5 in the Sree Nivas Apartment building in Guindy. It’s a residential-looking place, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than those big cold buildings in the city center. We’ve been in this apartment space for a long time. There are desks set up where we handle the paperwork and the small lab area where we do our main work. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once. We use the kitchen area for our tea breaks. Most of our day is spent looking at samples or typing up reports on the old computers. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know each other well. Sometimes the neighbors in the apartment block stop by to say hello or ask a quick question. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice, though the Guindy traffic can be a bit loud. We have stacks of files from years of work, and sometimes it takes a minute to find an old record, but we always get there. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to help whoever walked in. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We just try to get the results out as fast as we can without making mistakes. It's just a regular office doing regular work.
