Chennai Medipoint Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Industrial Estate area. Our office is on the first floor, at C19, right across from the Pan Card Office on 5th Cross Street. Being in an industrial zone means there is always something going on nearby, with trucks and deliveries moving around. Our space is functional. We deal with medical supplies and equipment, so there are usually boxes stacked in the corners or being loaded up. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy art. It is a working office. We have a few desks and some storage space. Most of the time, we are on the phone or checking inventory on the computer. It gets a bit dusty in this part of town, so we end up cleaning the windows more than we’d like. The staff here is straightforward. We know our items and where they go. People stop by to pick things up or just to talk about orders. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work and try to be helpful when someone asks a question. It is a basic setup, but it serves us well. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the other business owners nearby. It’s a good, hardworking environment for us to be in, and we just focus on getting the boxes out.
