Govias & Govias

Our office for Govias & Govias is located on Armenian Street. We are in the Catholic Centre Annexe, specifically at number 108, though some older records still say 64. It’s an interesting part of town with a lot of history. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The building itself is quite distinctive. It isn't a modern glass tower, just a solid place where we get our work done. We have a few rooms here and we spend most of our days sorting through paperwork and talking to people who come by. Armenian Street can get quite busy, especially during the middle of the day. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just do the work that needs doing. It’s a small operation, mostly family and a few others. We like the feel of this area. There’s a certain weight to it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. It’s more about being reliable and showing up every day. If you find yourself near the annexe, that's where you'll find us. We've seen a lot of changes on this street over the years, but we've stayed right here. It's a simple life at Govias & Govias, and we're okay with that. The door is usually open during business hours if you need to find someone to talk to about a project.
