We are Flywheel Logistics Pvt. Ltd., and we operate out of Rahaat Plaza on Arcot Road in Vadapalani. We are up on the second floor in units 212 and 213. Being in Vadapalani means it is always noisy and there is always something happening outside. It’s a central spot, which is great for a logistics business because we are always coordinating where things need to go. Our office is filled with files, maps, and people on the phone talking to drivers or warehouses. It gets a bit hectic when several shipments are moving at the same time. Arcot Road is famous for its traffic, so we spend a lot of time planning routes to avoid the worst of it. The plaza itself has a lot of different businesses, so you see all kinds of people in the halls. Our space isn't overly decorated. We have what we need to track our deliveries and keep things moving. We don't really have time for fancy presentations or marketing talk. Most of our day is spent solving problems or making sure a truck isn't stuck somewhere. It’s a lot of coordination and checking details over and over. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, but we just open a window and keep going. It’s a real-world job and we like the fast pace of it. We just keep our heads down and manage the loads.
