On Dot Couriers & Cargo Ltd

We are located on Sankurama Chetty Street, right across from the High Court. If you look out our window on the second floor, you can see the lawyers and their clients gathered around the gates. It’s a very busy part of Parrys. Our office at No 3 is basically filled with boxes and courier packets most of the time. Being in the cargo business means there is always a pile of stuff waiting to be sorted or sent out. We don’t have much room for fancy decorations. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and maps. It gets pretty loud outside with all the honking and people shouting, but we’re used to it by now. People come in all day to drop off parcels for family or business documents that need to get somewhere fast. We just weigh the items, print the labels, and get them on the next truck. Sometimes the traffic in Chennai makes things a bit slow, but we do what we can. It’s a straightforward job. There aren't any hidden tricks to it. We just make sure the cargo gets moved. The staff here has been together for a few years, so we have a rhythm down. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp during the afternoon rush when everyone realizes they forgot to send their mail. It is a humble space, but it serves the purpose for everyone in the neighborhood.
