We are over here at No 23 on Nyniappa Naicken Street. If you know Park Town, you know how busy it gets around here. Our place is right near the Kandaswamy Temple. You can usually hear the temple bells or the morning prayers if the traffic isn't too loud. It’s a typical Chennai spot, very crowded and always moving. Goutham Pharma Distributors isn’t a fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling stacks of boxes and trying to keep everything organized in the small space we have. The street is very narrow so getting stuff in and out takes some real patience. We spend most of our day checking lists and making sure the right supplies go to the right people. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the work. People sometimes struggle to find us the first time because the buildings look similar, but once you see the temple, you’re basically there. We’ve been in this part of Park Town for a while now. The staff here knows the local guys and the delivery drivers well. We don't really have a big reception area or shiny signs. It's just a working space where things happen every day. Most of the time, the floor is covered with packing material and tape. We just try to stay on top of the orders that come through. That’s really all there is to it.
