Our place is called Vasantham, located at 94 Muthaiah Street in Teynampet. It’s an old neighborhood with a lot of character. We’ve been here at this address for a long time, and the building has seen a lot of history. Working in Teynampet means we are close to the heart of the city, which is great but also very busy. The street outside is narrow, so it’s a bit of a struggle when the delivery lorries come by. Inside, it’s a bit more organized. We have different sections for production and the administrative side. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local group trying to run a steady business. The walls are painted a simple white, and we have a few ceiling fans that never seem to stop spinning. People around here know the name Goodlife, mostly because we’ve been a part of the local scenery for so long. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of our customers are folks we've known for years. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the generator, which makes a lot of noise. It’s just part of the job. We keep things straightforward and don't make a big fuss about what we do. It’s a living, and we enjoy being here in this old part of Chennai.
