We are based over at Door No 7/99 in Egathur. It's right on the OMR, or Rajiv Gandhi Salai as most people call it. Being in Kancheepuram, we get a lot of that Chennai traffic passing by all day and night. Good Smoke Bbq And Grill is our small venture. We spend a lot of time near the grills and the smokers. It's hot work, and you usually go home smelling like charcoal, but that's the job we chose. We aren't a big international chain with a million rules. We just do things our way here in Tamil Nadu. The address is 600130, which is a bit of a drive out for some, but it’s where we found a good spot to set up. We handle the cooking, the cleaning, and the ordering ourselves. It's a small team, mostly just friends and family helping out to keep the place running. We don't have any polished speeches about our history. We just opened the doors one day and started grilling. It’s a simple life. We deal with the regular problems like any other local business, like the power going out or the water being late. We just try to stay honest and work hard every day.
