Global Executive Talent

Our office is located at 5/1 Teachers Colony in Royapettah, right here in Chennai. It’s a busy area but we like it. Global Executive Talent is just a handful of us working on finding people for different roles. We spend a lot of time on our computers and on the phone, which I guess is what everyone does these days. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. Most people who come to see us are looking for something new in their careers. We don't have a glossy brochure or a receptionist in a suit. It’s more about sitting down and figuring out who can do what. Some days are long, especially when we have a lot of positions to fill at once. We handle a lot of the talent side of things, but it’s really just about understanding what a person is good at. Being in Royapettah makes it easy for folks to find us, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs an executive, we look for one. It's not magic, just a lot of searching and talking. We've been at this address for a bit and we’ve seen the colony change. It’s a good place to be based. We just keep our heads down and do the work without much fuss.
