Ganesh Engineering

You can find us at unit number 12 in the Boopathy Industrial Estate over in Keelkatalai. Ganesh Engineering has been tucked away in this corner for a good long time. It’s a typical industrial estate, so there is always the sound of machines and people shouting to be heard over the noise. Our shop is full of lathes, drills, and bits of metal everywhere. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where we do our best work. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign. Most of our customers are just other businesses from around Chennai who need something fixed or fabricated. We’re a small crew. We’ve all worked together for years, so we don’t need to talk much to know what needs doing. Sometimes we have a lot of work and we’re here late, and other times it’s quiet enough to sit out front and have some coffee. We don’t make any big promises, we just take the job and try to finish it on time. It’s hard work and your hands are always stained with oil, but it’s a good trade. We like being in Keelkatalai. It’s a busy area and there’s always something going on. If you come by, just look for the open shutter and the sound of grinding metal. We’ve seen businesses around here come and go, but we have managed to stick it out by just doing the work.
