Galaxy Engineering Works, Chennai

Galaxy Engineering Works, Chennai is over in Korattur at No. 5/29 on Bharamin Street. It is a typical local engineering shop where we handle all sorts of mechanical repairs and fabrication work. The building is an older one and Bharamin Street is mostly residential and small shops, so we try to keep the noise down when we can. Inside, we have our lathes and welding equipment set up. It is not a temperature-controlled environment, so it gets quite warm during the summer months, but we are used to it by now. Most of our customers are from around the Chennai area and they bring us things that need fixing or parts that need to be made from scratch. We don't have a big marketing department or a website with lots of photos. We just have our sign out front and the work we do for the people who walk through the door. It is a very hands-on type of place. Usually, there is a pile of scrap metal in one corner and a finished project in the other. We take pride in just being able to solve the problems that come our way using the tools we have. It is a steady life here in Korattur, and we are happy to just keep the machines running and the jobs moving along as they come.
