Gaia Consulting & Solutions Pvt Ltd is located over in Adambakkam. We are at 36, 2nd St in Parthasarathy Nagar. It’s a residential sort of area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than being downtown. We have been in Chennai for some time and this spot works well for us. There is always someone coming in or out with some new task to handle. We do a mix of consulting and general solution work, whatever that involves on a given day. Sometimes it's a lot of meetings, other times it's just us staring at spreadsheets for hours. The street outside can get a bit narrow when people park their bikes, but it's okay. We know the neighbors and the local tea shop guys. It's a small team, nothing too big or complicated. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things to do. We don't use much fancy talk here. If something needs fixing, we try to fix it. We have our files stacked up and the coffee is usually brewing. It’s a practical way to run a business. Chennai heat can be tough in the afternoons, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our part and keep the lights on. It’s a decent place to work and we get along well enough. We just take it one day at a time here.
