Frost Sullivan

We are Frost Sullivan, located in Mylapore at Sriram Apartments on Kutchery Road. It’s an old part of Chennai with a lot of character, and we like the vibe. Our door is Flat C, New No 7, though people still use the old number 5 sometimes which gets a bit confusing for the postman and delivery guys. The street stays busy with traffic going toward the temple or the beach almost all day. You can hear the bells and the car horns through the windows. It's a lived-in space, not some corporate showroom. We have some desks set up and some filing cabinets that have definitely seen better days. We do our work here and try to stay out of the way of the families living in the other apartments. It’s a walk-up building, so we get our exercise every day. The neighborhood has great coffee spots, so that’s a plus for us in the mornings. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that at the front. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and goes to the door. It’s a simple way to operate. The light coming through the windows in the late afternoon is nice, though it gets quite warm. We use old ceiling fans to keep the air moving. Dealing with the paperwork takes up most of our time. Just a small team in an apartment, keeping things moving along.
