Frontline1

We are based out of West Mambalam in Chennai, specifically in the Postal Colony II Street Extension. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes it a nice place to work compared to the more crowded parts of the city. Our office is a simple setup where we handle the daily operations of Frontline1. We don't really have a big sign outside, so people sometimes walk past us the first time they visit. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We do various types of administrative and support work, depending on what is needed that week. The humidity in Chennai can be a bit much, so we keep the windows shut and the AC running most of the time. The team is small, just a handful of us who have been working together for a few years. We know each other’s habits and how everyone likes their coffee. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets finished on time. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big project, but mostly we try to stick to a regular schedule. It is a very local vibe here. We often chat with the neighbors and get our snacks from the little shop on the corner. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay productive and keep things moving along without any unnecessary drama or complicated systems or fancy titles.
