You can find us over at Plot No-118, specifically on the first floor in F2 of the Srinidhi Apartments. It’s on 11th Street in Chowdhry Nagar, which is part of Valasaravakkam. Foodkart Digital Delivery Services Private Limited is basically run from this apartment setup. It isn't a big warehouse; it’s more of a place where we coordinate all the digital side of the delivery work. We spend a lot of time staring at screens, tracking where the drivers are, and answering calls when things don’t go exactly as planned. The apartment is okay, it feels like a home because it mostly is one, just filled with computers and extra phone chargers. Valasaravakkam is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We have to deal with the usual stuff like the lift not working sometimes or the stairs being a bit narrow when we are carrying equipment up. It’s a small team here. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We are just trying to keep the delivery service running as smooth as we can from this little corner of Chennai. It takes a lot of patience to manage the digital side of food delivery, especially when the traffic gets bad in the evenings, but we just keep at it.
