Food Passers

Food Passers is tucked away at 69, 2nd Street in Kaveri Nagar East. We’re just off Matha Kottai Road. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main road, which is nice for us. We’ve been operating from this location for a while. It’s basically a small setup where we handle everything. There’s not much of a storefront, it’s more about the work we do inside. We started this because we wanted to do something with food and this space was available. It’s not a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. We spend most of the day prepping and getting things ready. The kitchen area is where we spend all our time. It’s always warm in there, especially in the afternoons. We don’t have any fancy signage, just the address on the door. People usually find us through friends or if they live right on 2nd Street. We have a regular rhythm to our days. It involves a lot of cleaning and organizing, as you’d expect. Sometimes we run out of space for supplies and have to get creative with storage. It’s a bit of a juggle. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide something useful from our little corner of Kaveri Nagar East. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
