Executive Search Firm

Triplicane is a very busy place to have an office. We are right here in the middle of it all in Chennai. Our Executive Search Firm is tucked away, and we spend our hours sorting through resumes and calling people back. It’s quite hot today, and the fan is just pushing the warm air around the room. We deal with all sorts of companies who need workers for their offices. Most of the time, we are just middle-men. We look at what a person can do and try to see if it matches what a boss is looking for. It sounds easy but it actually takes a lot of time. Sometimes we talk to fifty people and none of them are quite right for the specific job. That’s just how it goes in this business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that on the wall. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of tea. We’ve been in Triplicane for a bit now, and we know the area pretty well. The neighbors are mostly shops and other small businesses. We handle the paperwork and the initial interviews so others don't have to deal with it. It's a lot of talking. My voice gets very tired by the end of the day. We just stay focused on the tasks we have in front of us. It's not glamorous work, but it pays the bills. We’re just regular people working in Chennai.
