We are based at Plot No. A. C-25-B within the Sidco Industrial Estate. It is one of those sections where you see a lot of manufacturing units all lined up. Our place is focused on pharmaceuticals, so things are kept a bit more organized and quiet compared to some of the heavy metal shops nearby. The industrial estate has its own rhythm, with delivery vans coming and going at all hours. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the storage areas are kept at the right temperature. The walls are mostly white, and the floors are scrubbed often because that’s just how it has to be in this line of work. People here wear their lab coats and stay busy with the paperwork and the production schedules. It’s not the kind of place where people are sitting around chatting for long. We take our breaks in a small corner or go outside for a bit of air, though the air in the estate usually smells like exhaust from the nearby main roads. Being in Sidco means we are part of a big network of businesses, so there is always some movement outside our gate. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. It is just a functional site where the work gets done day after day. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we all know the routine well.
