Eswaran Foods

If you go to Block No 6 in Mugappair West, you will find us at 5/6. Eswaran Foods is just a small setup. We don't have many employees, just a few of us who have been together for years. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of stock coming in. We spend most of our mornings preparing the batches. There is a lot of cleaning involved before we even start. The walls are white and we keep the floors scrubbed. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there is always the sound of scooters and cars outside. We don't have a fancy storefront with big windows. It’s more of a functional space where we produce and pack. We use simple tools and traditional methods for most of what we do. It takes longer that way, but we prefer it. Some days the heat in the kitchen area is quite a lot, but we have a couple of big fans that help. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we have been in Mugappair West for a long time. People know where we are. We close up around seven and head home. It is a straightforward business. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just make the food products, pack them up, and get them ready for the local shops to pick up.
