Our spot for Ericsson India Ltd is down in Chennai, specifically at 2 445 8th Street in Venkatesapuram, Vandalur. It’s quite a way out from the main city center, which actually makes it a bit quieter for us. The office is just a regular building on 8th Street. We have been here for a bit now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, check what needs doing for the network or the tech side, and just start. It’s not a place with a lot of polish. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is just standard stuff we've had for a while. We don't spend much time worrying about how it looks though. It’s more about making sure the work gets done correctly. Vandalur is a growing area, so things are always changing outside our door. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and we are just glad the AC works most of the time. We are just a local team doing our part for the bigger company name. It feels more like a small family unit than a giant corporation when you are inside these walls. We handle the local requirements and try to stay on top of things. It’s just how we operate here without making things more complicated than they need to be.
