Enn Kay Engineering Company

Our office is tucked away on Josier Street in Nungambakkam, at number 42/50. If you are looking for us, we are near the old post box 6070 area. It’s a busy part of Chennai, and the street can get a bit congested with bikes and cars during the day. Enn Kay Engineering has been operating from here for a good while. We aren't one of those massive firms with hundreds of people; it’s just a dedicated group of us working on engineering drawings and plans. The office is usually filled with the sound of fans humming and the rustle of large paper sheets. We get a lot of mail through that post box, mostly technical specs or government notices. The heat in Nungambakkam can be pretty intense in the summer, so we try to stay inside as much as possible during the afternoons. Our day usually starts pretty early and doesn't end until the sun is well down. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a lot of sitting at tables and checking figures over and over to make sure nothing is wrong. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it on Josier Street for a long time now.
