Engineering & Development Centre

Our setup is inside the H-Links Business Centre on Nungambakkam High Road. Specifically, we’re at 99/1, 48. It’s a busy part of the city, and the business centre has a lot of different people coming and going. Here at the Engineering & Development Centre, we focus on the technical side of things. It isn't a factory with big machines; it’s more of a place where we sit down with drawings and calculations. The office is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We’ve got some desks pushed together and wires running all over the place for our equipment. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. We just work quietly. The air conditioning in the building is sometimes a bit moody, so it can get warm in the afternoons. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We’re just engineers and staff who like to get the details right. We spend a lot of time arguing over small measurements or looking for better ways to build things. It’s a lot of brain work and not much show. If you’re looking for a corporate lobby with a fountain, this isn't it. It’s just a place where we try to solve problems and keep things moving forward for our clients. We’ve been in this business centre for a while and it suits us just fine.
