Emkay Engineering Works

You can find our workshop at 379, Sidco Industrial Estate in Ambattur. It is a busy, gritty part of town where everyone is making something or fixing something. Emkay Engineering Works has been operating from this same spot for many years now. The shop floor is usually a bit of a mess with metal scraps and the smell of cutting oil, but that is just part of the job. We have a variety of machines that we use to turn out parts and handle different engineering tasks. It’s not a quiet place, and the heat during the summer months can be quite something, but we are used to it. We don't have a fancy marketing department or a shiny reception desk. Most of the time, if you come by, you’ll find us in our overalls working on a specific project. We deal with a lot of local businesses that need parts made or machines repaired. We just try to be practical and solve the problems they bring to us. Some of the equipment we use is older, but it’s reliable and we know how to get the best out of it. We aren't trying to be the biggest engineering firm around; we just want to do solid work that stays fixed. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we have a lot of respect for the trade. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
