Ascon Medical Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 50/139 Seven Hills Avenue, right off Poonamallee Road in Ekkattuthangal. It’s a busy spot, and the traffic noise is just part of our daily background. We’ve been here for a good while, so the walls have a few marks and the desks are well-used. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just handle medical instruments. Most of the space is taken up by shelves and workbenches where we check the equipment. It isn't a very quiet place, especially when we are moving crates around. Ekkattuthangal is a decent place to work, even if the parking is a bit tight on Seven Hills Avenue. We don't follow any corporate handbooks. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. We spend most of our time making sure the instruments are packed correctly and ready to go. It’s repetitive work sometimes, but we don’t mind. We have a regular routine that starts early in the morning. We don't try to impress anyone with a big office or expensive furniture. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. We are just a group of people who know our business and keep the doors open every day to get things done. No frills, just regular work.
