Started out in Chrompet a while back. Our place is on 2nd Cross Street in Shanthi Nagar. If you know the area, we are right behind that big Saravana Stores. It is a busy spot, especially in the evenings when the traffic really picks up. The office is not anything fancy, just a room with some desks and a lot of wires and speakers tucked in the corners. Most days we are just sorting through event schedules or checking equipment. It gets pretty loud sometimes when we test things out, but the neighbors have not complained too much yet. People stop by mostly to talk about local functions or small shows. We spend a lot of time on our phones or coordinating with people across Chennai. The tea stall at the corner is where we end up when things get stressful. It is just a small team of us here. We do not have a big corporate setup or anything like that. Usually, we are out at sites more than we are in the office. We keep things simple and try to get the work done without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to move gear around, but we manage. Chrompet has its own rhythm and we have just become part of it over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes our way each day.
