Dev Placement Consultancy

We are based out of Sasi Flats on Ramalingham Street in Chennai. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than an office. Being at A/1 means we see the neighbors coming and going while we work. Dev Placement Consultancy is basically me and a couple of others trying to help people find decent jobs. Chennai is a big city and it's easy to get lost in the shuffle, so we try to be a bit more personal. The flat is small but we’ve got enough room for a few desks and some files. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the windows shut and the fans on high. I spend a lot of time on the phone talking to companies and candidates. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, especially when the vegetable vendors go by. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just stopping by the flat. It’s a simple way to work. We enjoy the local vibe of Ramalingham Street. There’s a small temple nearby and the atmosphere is generally peaceful. We just want to help people get to work and make sure businesses find someone reliable. It’s not a big corporate operation, just us in our flat. We take our work seriously but we keep the atmosphere light.
