We operate out of 123 New Avadi Road in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It’s a fairly straightforward location for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services Llp. The road out front is almost always busy with cars and bikes, but once you step inside, it’s a different world. Chennai weather can be really tough with the humidity, so we definitely appreciate the air conditioning in the office. The building is a typical Chennai structure, nothing too modern, just functional and solid. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with us for years and others who are newer. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just an office where we do our financial work. Finding 123 on New Avadi Road is simple enough for most people. There are a few small shops nearby where we grab snacks or tea. It’s not a fancy corporate park, just a regular building on a regular street. We’ve grown accustomed to the sounds of the city outside our windows. It’s a very grounded place to be. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive despite the heat and the noise. It feels like a very real part of the city. There’s no pretense here, just a group of us working in a space that fits our needs. It’s a long road, but we are right there at 123.
