Our place is in Mylapore on V M Street, which is sometimes called Yellow Pages Road. It’s at 81/4, 175/4. Mylapore is such an old and busy part of Chennai, and we’ve been tucked away here for a while. We do medical support systems. That basically means we help hospitals and clinics with the backend stuff they need to keep running. It’s not the kind of job that gets a lot of attention, but it’s important. We spend our days dealing with equipment, supplies, and different systems that medical places use. Being in Chennai-600004 means we are right in the middle of everything. The streets are narrow and it can get pretty loud outside, but inside we just focus on the work. We aren’t a big corporation. We’re more of a small group of people who understand how medical systems should work. We talk to our clients like regular people because that’s what we are. Sometimes things break or systems go down, and we are the ones who have to figure it out. It’s a lot of problem-solving. We don’t have any fancy slogans. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is running like it should. It’s been a good experience being in this neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the local medical folks over the years since we opened up here.
