Culinarchs

We are located at No.1 on Kambar Street in Santhoshapuram. We call ourselves The Culinary Architects, though the sign outside just says the name of the place. The office is basically where we plan out kitchens and all kinds of food-related spaces for people. It’s not a restaurant, even though people sometimes walk in thinking they can order food because of the name. We have a lot of drawings of kitchen layouts and lists of equipment sitting on the tables at all times. The street is usually quiet, which is nice for when we need to focus on the small details of a project. It’s just a small team of us working here. We spend a lot of time arguing about where a sink should go or how much space a fridge needs to open properly. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees or multiple branches. We just have this one spot where we do all our work. Sometimes we even cook our own lunch in the back to test things out or just because we're hungry. It’s a bit messy with all the blueprints and catalogs piled up, but we manage to find what we need. We’ve been in this Santhoshapuram neighborhood for a bit now and the locals are used to seeing us coming and going. We don't do much advertising at all. People usually just hear about us from their friends or neighbors. It’s a slow and steady kind of business.
