Criamos Engineering Pvt Ltd is right here on Bharathiyar Street in Manali. We've been at 198/6B for a while now. Most days it is just us figuring out how to make things work better. The shop floor gets pretty loud when the machines are going but that is just how it is. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is mostly just metal, some old desks, and a lot of grease. People around here know where we are because we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a bit. Sometimes the traffic on the street makes it hard for the trucks to get in but we manage. We do a lot of different engineering tasks depending on what is needed that week. It might be fixing a part or starting a whole new project from scratch. It’s not always pretty work. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to stay late to fix it. We just try to keep the machines running and the orders moving. The tea stall down the road is where we usually take our breaks. It gives us a chance to get away from the noise for a minute. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who just know what we do. It’s a small team and we all know our roles. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get home on time when the sun goes down.
