You’ll find Cranedge India Pvt. Ltd. up on the 5th floor of the Wing at Paras Minera, No. 602 on Annasalai. This is one of the busiest roads in the city, so there’s always a constant hum of traffic coming up from the street. Our office is a fairly normal space with some rows of desks, a few computers, and a printer that usually needs more ink. The view from our windows shows a lot of other office buildings and the tops of some old trees. We don’t have any expensive decorations or a big sign in the lobby. It’s just a place where we sit and get through our daily tasks. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or typing out emails to various sites. The elevator in this building is famously slow, so we’ve learned to be patient when we’re heading out for a break. We have a small kitchen area where someone is almost always making tea or coffee. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few younger ones who just started. We don’t really go for the corporate lifestyle with fancy titles and long, boring meetings. We just try to stay on top of the work and make sure everything is handled properly. It’s a steady routine in a very busy part of town, and it suits the way we like to work.
