We run Compleat Cuisine Catering (Opc) Private Limited from our base in KK Nagar. Our address is No. 23/789 on Dr. Ramaswamy Salai, Chennai 600078. It's a busy residential and commercial area. We handle a lot of food prep here. Catering is a tough business because everything has to be timed perfectly. We spend a lot of hours in the kitchen, chopping vegetables and getting the big pots ready. Our office is just a small corner where we take calls and write down orders on a notepad. We don't have any corporate offices or big bosses in suits. It’s just us in our aprons. Some days are stressful when we have three events at once. Other days, we just prep for the next week. We don't use much marketing; mostly, it's just people telling their neighbors about us. We try to be practical and keep things organized, even when the kitchen gets messy. It’s a lot of work, but we like seeing the empty plates at the end of a job. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking for the folks around here. It’s what we do, and we’re used to the long hours and the heat. We stay busy year-round.
