We’re up on the second floor of Sri Vidya Towers, right there on T T K Road in Alwarpet. It’s a pretty good spot, directly across from where the old Hutch head office used to be. Our main thing is keeping those coffee and tea vending machines running for offices and businesses. It’s a lot of moving around, checking on dispensers, and making sure the powder and beans are topped up. The office here is mostly a place to coordinate where we need to go next. It’s not a cafe, though it smells like one sometimes with all the samples around. We spend a lot of time out in the field, but this is our home base in Alwarpet. It gets busy on T T K Road, so parking is always a bit of a challenge when we’re loading up the service vans. We’ve got a small team that knows these machines inside and out. If something stops pouring right, we’re the ones who have to figure out why. It’s practical work, really. People just want their hot drink in the morning, and we make sure the machines are ready to give it to them. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that; we just focus on the logistics of the vending business and keeping the supplies moving to the right places. It is just about keeping the service going so everyone has their tea when they need it.
