Working out of Nungambakkam for years, we’re located at Jayalakshmi Apartments on First Street. It’s the Ponnangipuram area, which is usually quite busy. Most days you’ll find us surrounded by tools, spare parts, and units that need fixing. We deal with fridges and air conditioners because that's what we know. It's hot here in Chennai, so there's always something to do. We aren't a big showroom with shiny floors. Our space is more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty. Sometimes the place looks a bit cluttered with all the compressors and pipes, but we know where everything is. People in the neighborhood usually just drop by or call us when their cooling stops working. We try to get things sorted as quickly as we can. Being an engineer in this field means a lot of troubleshooting. It’s not always easy, especially with the older models, but we figure it out. We’ve been at this address, 20/12, for a long time now. The street is a bit narrow, so parking can be a pain sometimes. We just focus on the machines and making sure they run right again. It's a straightforward business. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. Just some people who know how to fix stuff and a lot of heavy lifting. It keeps us busy from morning till evening and that is fine with us. We just keep our tools ready.
