Shanjay Pharmaceuticals

I've been working here at Shanjay Pharmaceuticals for a while now. We are tucked away on 2nd Street in Kamla Nehru Nagar, right near the Arumbakkam Metro Station. It’s an old building, well, the number changed from Old No. 5 to New No. 43 recently, which sometimes confuses the delivery guys. We handle various pharmaceutical supplies from this Choolaimedu spot. The day starts early here. There's always boxes moving in and out, and the phone doesn't stop ringing. People come by looking for specific medicines or just to ask questions about what we have in stock. It’s not a fancy office, just a workspace where we get things done. Being near the metro is actually pretty handy for the staff getting to work. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Mondays, the desk gets a bit cluttered with paperwork. It’s just how it goes in this industry. Sometimes the heat in the afternoons gets a bit much, but we have the fans going. We've known some of the neighbors for years. Most of us live nearby or commute a short way. We don't do much advertising; mostly it’s just people finding us because we’ve been here in the same spot for a good bit of time now. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure things are where they need to be. It's regular work, nothing too complicated, just keeping the pharmacy side of things moving along daily.
