Food Target

Our place is over on Baker Street in Choolai. It’s a bit of an old area, but there’s a lot of life here. E. Viswanathan started things off, and we’ve just stayed in this spot at 43/1. The building is New No-50, which can be confusing for delivery drivers sometimes. We spend a lot of time dealing with food and logistics. There’s always someone coming or going. The morning rush is the busiest time for us. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered when a big shipment comes in. Choolai is a tight-knit spot. You get to know the neighbors after a while. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to make sure the food gets where it needs to go. The street is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache. We usually just tell people to come by bike if they can. It’s an honest day’s work for us. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long shifts. It isn't always pretty, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s our space. We handle things as they come. No two days are exactly the same here. We just show up, do the work, and head home when it’s finished. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
